I started my banking career in 2006 as Management Trainee
Officer-a dream of every fresh graduate. I was fortunate to
be trained at Bank Alfalah’s Training and Development
Centre. The exposure and learning of Bank’s core divisions,
the graduation at Head Office Karachi, interaction with
senior management, freedom of choice in selecting the
departments, guidance and career counseling, and a concrete
vision is what gave the real confidence during my early
days.
In my opinion teamwork and commitment towards work has been
an essential ingredient for achieving success at all times.
It’s an on-going process in which the encouragement from
superiors and peers has played the role of a catalyst which
made things easier and fruitful.
My experience working in Bank Alfalah has given me faith,
knowledge to excel, and sense of responsibility. Overcoming
challenges has made me hungry for more. |
