A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with concentration in
Accounting, I joined Bank Alfalah as a Management Trainee
Officer on May 10, 2004. The Management Trainee programme
offers opportunities for early responsibility and complex

Management trainee programme is one of the most well
structured programmes on offer.
The rotational nature of the programme gives you the chance
to explore the Bank. I have been exposed to all the major
departments of the Bank. The rotation enabled me to gain a
breadth of knowledge about the Bank beyond the remit of my
role.

Young people in very senior leadership positions within the

stretches the young mind. My rise to the position of a
Branch Manager in less than three years is one of the many

I
was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful work culture and
the relative ease with which I was able to interact with
senior management and have access to their time and learn
from them. My colleagues were always ready to help me and
guide me through new and difficult tasks. I was given
responsibility of important tasks early on which I did not
expect.
