Manager Marketing
Strategic Planning Division |
Fresh out of business school with an MBA degree (Masters in
Marketing), I started off in the advertising industry having
worked for some of the leading brands in Pakistan. Eight
years of brand building later, I found Bank Alfalah. That
was back in November 2005 and ever since, everything I do
has been a labor of love.
My primary task on board, was to bring uniformity and
central structure to the marketing setup of the bank which
was till then, decentralized at major product portfolios.
Through a concerted effort, standardization in Brand
Aesthetics, Communication, Value for every rupee spent &
Integration were eventually achieved over a period of 12
months. In 2007, a 3 member core marketing team took the
first step forward in its initiatives and deliverance
resulting from the new setup and empowerment.
This centralization exercise in itself, speaks volumes about
the bank’s commitment towards its vision of professionally
managing one of it’s biggest brand asset – Good Will. Good
Will that delivers on the bank’s core promise of Caring.
Delivering on that promise – Caring beyond just banking
products & solutions and that empowerment, is the core
reason I am a part of Bank Alfalah. The little differences
we make every day resonate in the environment of the
organization and the vision of Abu Dhabi Group.
This rand attitude has fueled our expansion over the last
decade making us Pakistan’s 4th largest private bank. From a
3 branch operation 10 years ago, we now serve through more
than 231 branches and sales and service centres locally and
internationally. The bank’s constant growth into newer
markets and networks make it a dynamic organization with an
extremely promising future of its own and that of its team
members.
For those who will shape the future with Bank Alfalah, I
would only suggest a strong resolve and a willingness to
play on team strengths. Belief and resolve, coupled with
strong team management acumen will help you realize your
dreams of shaping not only your own future, but also that of
the Bank itself.
