After completing my Master Degree from Preston University
Peshawar. I have joined Bank Alfalah Limited, Peshawar
Branch in 1999 as Business Development Officer. Since
inception our focus was mainly to develop the presence of
our bank in NWFP and all over Pakistan with the share vision
and the goal of the management. Due to the positive outlook
of the bank and growing trend my responsibilities in the
branch was transferred from Business Development to Trade
Finance Department. Keeping in view my good work under
consideration the management has given me another
opportunity of being the first female Branch Manager in BAL
network of Peshawar G.T Road, Peshawar. Presently I am
working as a Branch Manager F-10 Islamabad.
During all these year the only thing which has inspired me
about this bank is the culture and the working environment,
which has been the source of inspiration and kept my focus
to be what I am today in this bank and will further
strengthen me professionally to achieve be part of this
bank.
Well as per my understanding the youth who is joining this
bank has a very bright future because the vision of the
management is to make this Group/Bank a Blue chip giant in
Pakistan. At present every concern company of the group
operating in different market segments are considered to be
among the best which, is an achievement in itself for the
management and the staff who is responsible for this
success. |
