MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
Bank Alfalah's Management Trainee Program is a dynamic path
to launch a fast track career with the bank. Fresh graduates
(minimum 16 years of education) from leading universities
across Pakistan and abroad are recruited annually with the
expectation to assume leadership positions in the
organization in a short period of time. Management Trainees
undergo a rigorous period of training and development at our
state-of-the art Training Centres in Lahore and Karachi on
areas covering banking & finance and skills necessary to
assume challenging assignments.
Beginning 2008, Management Trainee Officers are being hired
through a revised recruitment & selection process. Our
Management Trainee induction process begins early spring
each year around March-April through our Campus Recruitment
activities. Please check with your school’s Placement Office
for further details.
